From Chattanooga:
•  Take I-75 North toward Knoxville.
•  Take Exit 20 (US-64-BYP, Cleveland).
•  Turn right at the top of the exit ramp.
•  After 1.2 miles, take US-11 exit ramp on right.
•  At the bottom of the ramp, take a left onto US-11.
•  Highway 11 turns into Keith Street.
•  Turn right at the Village Green Town Center.
•  The office is located in front of the shopping center at the Village Green Office
    Building.

From 20th or 25th Street in Cleveland:
•  Turn onto Keith Street going South toward downtown.
•  Stay on Keith Street until you reach the Village Town Center.
